floor was wet in the room no floor signs up She got the pull sheet and the pad on the bed and when she turned to leave her feet went left and her hips went right She caught the bedrails just in time and did not hit the floor She limped her way back to nurse station passing the front desk and commented on lack of floor sign She was putting a wet floor sign by the door on room W305 when she started to have shooting pains down her lower back left hip and thigh She checked her left knee and it was starting to swell She made it back to the station and tried to stretch her leg out but couldnt do it without pain Her back pain was becoming more intense
