What happened
I was working on removing equipment from our supply room as we have to clean it out before [REDACTED] I went to move a monitor that is on the floor and when I did I felt a pain go through my right side around my rib area The pain continued to worsen and I started to have muscle spasms in that area I stopped doing anymore lift after that I decided to do light duty to see if it got better I later wanted to go get some food from the cafeteria The pain worsened while I was walking over there and I struggled to talk at the cash register I then decided to go get look at after that as the pain was much worse
