Worker asked for assistance after attempting to manually pull the cardboard out of the cardboard bailer. A worker came to assist and lost footing while attempting to help pull the cardboard out and fell to the ground. The sudden reaction of the worker was to overextend the employees ' arms to prevent the fall and injured the workers shoulder in the process.
