Employee was using a wrench on one end of the bolt to hold the nut in place while using the impact driver to loosen the bolt. This is a normal activity. When the employee activated the impact driver on one end of the bolt the wrench attached on the other side slipped out of his hand and spun around striking his left ring finger.
