Before the incident
Employee was cleaning out fallen barrels off ground underneath rail.
What happened
After employee removed the barrels from the area they proceeded to leave the area. As employee navigated from under the ramps they came up to the last ramp. As they passed the last ramp the employee raised up too early therefore coming in contact with the ramp on the top right side of the head. This caused a small laceration on the head.
