What happened
[REDACTED] was working in hold 5 discharging cargo. The banding that was lashing the cargo in place was tighter than usual and when [REDACTED] cut one of the bands loose it snapped back cutting through his pants and cutting his right shin. [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] that he cut his leg and was going to the hospital to get it looked at. [REDACTED] then came out of the hold and drove himself to the hospital. It has been reported thought the Union [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] received 14 staples in his shin for the injury.
