What happened
Our driver states that while making a left turn out of the alley to go north on [REDACTED] he heard the laborer [REDACTED] yell his name. He stopped the truck went to the rear and saw the other laborer [REDACTED] laying on the curb. Mr. [REDACTED] stated that he was on the right rear step when the driver started to make the right turn and the rear step hit the fence of [REDACTED] causing it to fall and hit him knocking him to the ground.
