What happened
TM was attempting to repair a chord that was tacked out of alignment. He didn’t notice this until we had stood the joist up at the base plate area and the bottom chord was face high. He did remove most of the tack with a grinder and then used an f-wrench to finish breaking the tack. As he applied pressure pulling towards his face it slipped and resulted in the f-wrench hitting his lip. This caused a sizable laceration to his upper lip that required 7 stitches but didn’t result in any fractures or broken teeth.
