What happened
Operator was walking between the cube of the [REDACTED] and the [REDACTED]. He turned to walk over to [REDACTED] and slipped in water grinding coolant on the floor in front of the flex link belt near the cube. He said he fell about a half an hour prior to reporting it to me. He noted that his knee and ankle where sore but that he did not need any first aid or to go the emergency department. He later decided that he need to be checked.
