[REDACTED] said he was on the lift truck and when he went to reach to press the button to go down the wind blew and the lift shifted over a little bit. Once the lift shifted he hit his head on the APU drain lines. He came to me and didn 't seem like himself. Once we got back to the office he complained about the light being too bright and thought he had a concussion. I made him call the nurse hotline and they sent him to the hospital.
