Walking into the office.
What happened
As she was entering into the office she walked around the corner to enter her cubicle and her right foot slipped over a small puddle of water - could have been condensation from a drink or left over water from one of the plants. Her ankle rolled inward and there was an audible pop. She caught herself from falling. At first the ankle only stung slightly and she thought she was fine but after about 15 minutes the pain was much more intense and it was extremely difficult to walk.
