Climbing a fixed ladder wearing standard work clothing hard hat and gloves. Gloves were wet and slippery resulting in employee 's hands slipping off rungs as employee was 2-3 steps up the ladder. Employee fell backwards resulting in his left buttock being punctured from a nearby piece of steel.
