What happened
Employee and another CNA was in the process of getting a patient up into his chair with a hoyer lift when he became combative and began to swing arms punching and grabbing the employees arm. The patient grabbed the employees arm as he was holding onto the lift so he would not fall out of it. When the patient grabbed the employees arm he made several scratch marks and broke the skin.
