Employee was starting to descend the extension ladder off from the roof when the bottom of the ladder kicked out causing the employee to fall. The employee was able to grab onto the rungs of the ladder to stabilize himself. During his fall the employee got his leg caught in a rung of the ladder twisting his leg.
