Delivering to the above address the door to the kickboxing place was open where there was dog in the entrance hallway. The dog got up and bit the upper right thigh of [REDACTED]. She protected herself with the package she was trying to deliver and ran outside of the place. The dog followed her outside. She yelled for help in which the owner did not provide help. She was able to get in her van safely.
