What happened
I was coming back from a stop and got in the van to sort out my next tote bag. When I lifted the tote and turned around to the side to put it on the shelf I felt a sharp pain on my lower back on the left side. I immediately dropped the tote and went to the driver seat to sit down real quick and banged my middle right back on the metal poking out through the ripped van seat.
