What happened
Employee stood up from his chair and became dizzy. He fell chest first into the edge of the computer desk striking it forcefully and then ultimately falling on the left side of my chest. At first there was minor pain which has progressively worsened leading to severe pain with breathing and movement. Slight pressure over the area intensifies the pain.
