STEPPED ON A SCISSOR LIFT HAD A RAIN JACKET WITH A HOOD ON IT AND PARTIALLY IMPAIRED HIS VISION OF THE SAFTETY BAR WHICH WAS ABOVE HIM AND AS THE SCISSOR LIFT WENT UP THE BAR CAUGHT HIS FORHEAD AND BRIDGE OF HIS NOSE.
