What happened
Delivering to a customers home (to the back door). When I went back to the van to get into it I slipped on the van step and fell on my left arm. At the moment I felt a slight pain in the middle of my back. I continued to work and as time went on the pain started to get stronger and at a point it was already unbearable so I notified dispatch.
