Employee was welding on a 24 gas dome in his area. Employee was in the process of repositioning it to get an x-ray of his weld.

Employee attempted to physically roll the 24 gas dome on the saw horses and when he lifted it the gas dome shifted and slid off of the saw horses and fell to the floor. A 1 2 nozzle in the head smashed his finger against the saw horse.
