What happened

Employee was carrying water into a resident 's room. The resident was sleeping so the only light was through the open door to the hallway. Another resident had come into the room and urinated onto the floor. This puddle was stepped into by the employee who then slipped and caught herself from falling using the bed and the dresser on either side.
