What happened
Another employee pried two pieces of angle open so the injured worker could place a new phenolic board in-between the pieces. The injured worker used their finger instead of a tool and the other worker 's grip on the pry tool slipped. The pieces of angle closed on the injured worker 's finger fracturing their fingertip.
