Injury or illness
Employee was cutting rubber using an oscillating tool and placed his thumb in the line of fire. When cutting the rubber he placed his left thumb in the line of fire when stabilizing the rubber. He was only stabilizing the tool with one hand. He lost control of the tool and cut the end of his left thumb through his glove.
