Before the incident
EE had backed into a client 's driveway in his transit vehicle on an assigned route. EE backed up too far causing his tires to go into the yard which was soggy wet from snow and snow melt.
What happened
EE attempted to get the vehicle out of the yard by placing concrete 16 x 16 pavers and a tree branch under the tires for traction.

EE suffered an injury to his right middle finger at the first joint near the tip. Physician calls it a mallet finger on the Visit Summary.
