What happened
The team member was loading glass panels onto a glass cart from the optimizer table. Once they were done loading glass panels onto the cart they lifted their face shield. The other optimizer operator was not done removing excess scrap glass off the optimizer table and turned to place it in a glass dumpster and struck the other team member in the forehead with a piece of scrap glass.
