What happened
The team member was removing excess scrap from the Fab Center that didn 't fall into the container. The carriage pulled back and released the scrap pieces but they didn 't properly fall into the collector. The team member reached to grab both pieces while new material was already starting to lead. Carriage pushed new material into the machine hitting the team member 's arm.
