WALKING FROM PARKING LOT TO THE BUS OVAL. WENT TO STEP OVER CURB AND FELL ONTO THE SIDEWALK. FELL ON RIGHT SHOULDER HIT RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD AND FELL ON BOTH KNEES. NO ONE ACTUALLY WITNESSED THE FALL BUT TWO OTHER LADIES SAW HER LYING ON THE GROUND.
