What happened
The Team Member was cleaning a window near the lift table that transfers the unit from the glazing workstation to the cleaning workstation. As she was cleaning the window she had her right hand on the edge of the window and on the lift table. The TM that was operating the lift table did not notice her hand was there until the table was already moving up when he noticed he quickly pressed the table back down and cause her right middle finger to be caught in a pinch point.
