Cutting filler on a table saw.
What happened
Employee was cutting a filler on a table saw. He informed us that the cut on the filler he was doing was not a straight cut so he removed the guard because having the guard on does not allow him to make the cuts he needs to make. As he was pushing the filler through the blade he got a bit of a kick back and when he looked he noticed there was a cut on his left index finger at the tip of it which also cut a bit of his nail. They did have push sticks available but [REDACTED] said he could not use a push stick for the cut he was making.
