Unloading Panels from truck.

Delivery drivers showed up to location with big heavy panels. The estimated weight of those heavy panels is a couple hundred pounds. It took 4 men to lift each panel. They were unloading from the truck and load it on the dolly. Employee was helping move a panel from truck to dolly and was holding it from the bottom to get it on the dolly and was twisting his body(which is not proper lifting technique) to do so and felt a pinch in his lower back. Employee continued to work through the day and felt a discomfort while climbing up and down the ladder. When he got home he tried to ice it and take ibuprofen thinking the next day he would wake up feeling better. He had a tough time sleeping because of the discomfort and in the morning of [REDACTED] decided to inform us of his injury.

Back Injury

Improper Ergonomic Lifting and moving.
