Before the incident
Employee was helping another employee clean out a storage closet. Employee was throwing away an old printer into the dumpster behind our building. The employee thought he could throw the printer away by himself and did not ask a colleague for help.

When the employee lifted the printer into the dumpster he heard a snap in his arm. He was in a lot of pain and could not use his arm.
