Before the incident
Employee was driving a truck with a full trailer on Road was in poor condition with a drop between the shoulder and the asphalt. Employee was shifting over to the opposite lane in order to make a sharp turn.
What happened
Suddenly a car came fast around the blind corner and the driver had to swerve back to keep from hitting them. A back wheel of the trailer fell off the asphalt flipping the truck and trailer. Employee was not deemed at fault.
