Employee slipped and fell on her buttocks and hurt her low back twisted and cut her left ankle. Feels sore bruised up with muscle strain. Called KeyRisk and medical team advised employee to take ibuprofen and be in bedrest today with intermittent ice 20 min on and 20 min off. If it gets worse or numbness in her leg or feetthen advised to go into Urgent care or ER. Employee only chose to see a Virtual MD.
