Employee was giving the client a diaper change.
What happened
The client had obtained items that he was not supposed to have. While the employee was giving the client a diaper change the other employee on shift retrieved the items that the client was not supposed to have to put them back. The client then tried to go after the other employee who had taken the items back. The employee that was injured attempted to prevent the client from injuring the other employee. Employee was pushed pulled and head-butted by the client resulting in back pain.
