Employee came to EHS [REDACTED] with a complaint of right knee pain. He stated it started around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] while working in [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED] 3 Salter Stairs. He noticed the pain while traversing the stairs to reload the salter. Employee stated he was using the appropriate bucket to transport the salt which limits the amount of weight carried. He is unsure if he stepped off or turned wrong in the process. Right knee strain.
