Employee was grading frozen chicken at the exit end of the nitrogen tunnel.

Employee states that throughout his shift the nitrogen gas continued coming out of the end of the tunnel due to the exhaust not working correctly. The employee states that maintenance staff were working on the exhaust throughout the shift. The employee also states that he did not rotate from this position the entire night. The employee has diabetes and diabetic neuropathy making the sensation in his fingers decreased. The employee was continually exposed to nitrogen gas frozen chicken all evening.
