Before the incident
Employee was transferring an Elder from his wheelchair to his bed using the gait belt and walker.
What happened
Mid-transfer the patient decided he was finished transferring. He then released his hold of the walker and dropped to the floor that 's when the employee tweaked her back in the process of him giving up on the transfer.
