What happened
Employee was installing overhead lights and utilized main breaker panel to de-energize circuit for light fixture installation. Upon completion of fixture installation employee went to reenergize the breaker for that circuit. upon flipping the breaker to the on position large arcflash at breaker landing point caused arcflash burns to employee 's right hand. employee fell backwards and caused some abrasions on his left ribcage from inhouse pallet shelving.
