What happened
A skid of material (which was leaning) was placed on a set of sawhorses the employee was working on. The employee proceeded to cut the bands that were around the skid (they were going to let the leaning material fall on the sawhorses and then restack the material). When the employee cut the last band around the skid the leaning pieces of metal fell forward striking their right hand pinky.
