What happened
There was a beam about 100# 's that one individual tried to give a pull to get it better centered. The first attempt it did not move at all. the second attempt it moved further than he had intended and it dropped off the edge of the dunnage pinning his pinky finger between the flange of 2 beams. He was wearing his gloves but the finger started bruising immediately and blood pooling under the nail. Thankfully it did not break the skin at all no bleeding occurred. He brought it to my attention and said he was already putting ice on it. After [REDACTED] we decided he should go get it checked to make sure it wasn 't broken. They did an x-ray and there is a hair line fracture so they put a soft cast on it.
