What happened
Material handler was pulling pallet to the wrap cell. While pulling the pallet the team member did not see a small piece of wood in his walk path and ran it over causing the wheel to get stuck due to it getting stuck on the wheel. When the got jammed it caused the pallet to stop and making one of the top cabinets unstable and sliding off the top of the pallet due to the wrap not properly securing the cabinet. Team member was taken to the 1st aid room to bandage the cut he received.
