What happened
Teammate was going to line [REDACTED] boxes pallet. TM placed her left foot between two palllets and tried to cut the green strap of the corner of the boxes pallet. TM fell down hitting the left side back of the head to the ground. It turned red and swollen. Teammate was given first aid and asked if they wanted medical assistance. After applying the icepack the TM said she was feeling better. TM stated she was feeling better and would go home when the DF team finished the shift.
