What happened
At approx. [REDACTED] ee left his quality workstation to go to the water fountain. As he made a right turn into the walkway at the end of the boxing conveyor his left food landed on a stray piece of wood from a pallet causing him to slip and fall onto the right side of his body. Fortunately he was able to use both hands to break his fall. There are no major injuries to report. Currently there is swelling on the lower outside pinky side of his right hand.
