What happened
While attempting to unjam a bag that was hanging off the pallet that had gotten caught on the wrapper cutter bar arm; the employee pushed the bag onto the pallet with his left arm and shoulder while also pulling the cutter bar arm towards him to free it with his right hand and the cutter bar came loose suddenly striking the IE in the right side of the face.
