Removing the sealer on packaging line 2 of Plant A.
What happened
There was a sealer index fault on the cross strapper of Packaging Line 2 (Plant A) causing the cross strapper to not open. The unit was against the brick the strap was stuck in the sealer. Another EE cut the strap that was stuck in the unit as EE was trying to remove the sealer causing it to forcefully move towards EE. The unit then came out of the cradle while EE was holding it hitting his hand (thumb) on the frame.
