What happened
Emerio team went to Stockpot Broiler for Survey office lunch with owner. Employee ordered food that she did not know contained known food allergens (steak mashed potatoes and broccoli). An hour after lunch back at the office she started to feel hot and her face was turning red. She took a Benadryl but the symptoms persisted so she used her [REDACTED] (around [REDACTED]). Another co-worker drove the affected employee to the Emergency room where the affected employee was triaged and given IV steroids and more Benadryl. The affected employee was released around [REDACTED] and was able to go home.
