Before the incident
I was cutting a concrete wall with a grainer inside the elevator and when walking I didn 't look at the sump pit eye and put my foot in there which caused me to lose balance and since the grainer was on it caused me to cut it.

He was working inside the elevator foundation with a grainer cutting a concrete wall he did not look at the sump pit and put his foot in which caused him to lose balance and he managed to cut himself at the height of the wrist of his right hand.
