after flushing i.v. lock the flush was being disconnected from iv hub and the blue rubber stopper in the hub sprayed fluid back into face- employee states unknown if there was any blood present in the fluid or if the fluid got into their mouth and nose. Had on gloves and was wearing eye glasses
