What happened
Employee approached patron and was ignored. The patron then made his way to two female guests. The female guests gestured to the employee they did not want anything to do with the male patron. The employee notified the patron he had to leave as he was highly intoxicated. The patron ignored the employee so he used the soft touch technique to guide the patron out of the patio and the patron then elbowed the employee in the face and a fight occured.
