What happened
Worker pulled up beneath the crane to load a container. When crane operator picked up on the container the front left chassis pin was not disengaged by groundmen. The crane operator picked up the container lifting the rear end of the yard truck approximately 3-4 feet in the air before dropping the truck back down.
